It was one of those concerts where hiding talent eventually came into big spotlight. The Words and Pictures (WAPI) concert organised by the Bavubuka Foundation and sponsored by the British Council saw yet another team of innovative youth showcase their skills through music and art. The concert had young MCs, Artists, poets who used their skills to pass the messege of hope on the major issues that are affecting the nation. Amongst those that moved the crowds'eye blows were a team of four young MCs, Fikifiki(Shafiq Bbosa), MC Been (Junior Kayamba), DMD (Boris Aguma) and MC Ship (Meddie Sserunkuma) that proved to the crowd that Ugandan music needs more creativity to it. There were as well several MCs such as Jungleman, a Lusoga rapper and Ankah MC, who rapped in Runyankole. The up rising Ugandan music genre Luga-Flow which comes from a swahili word Luga meaning Languages is serving a pivotal role in bringing Rap artists who represent in different languages come together for a common cause. The occasion blessed by the presence of other artists who appreciated the works of these young stars and advised them to keeping on passing the positive message "Young music starts are in position to change the face of Ugandan music in case they include integrity and respect for others in case they can achieve success" Silver Kyagulanyi.
